Barbara was called to Reiki back in 1997 which started her on an incredible journey of healing and self-empowerment. As a Reiki Master Teacher and Practitioner she has been blessed to watch both her students and clients grow into their own awakenings about life and a personal awareness that their body can heal itself.
Reiki has guided her on this journey…first to Massage School and Aromatherapy, then to Lymphatic Drainage Therapy and Cranio Sacral Therapy, EMF (Electromagnetic Field Balancing Technique), becoming an Ordained Minister, and most recently to the incredible and amazing world of Body Talk.
Barbara’s understanding of the body and the techniques and tools that she has learned and gathered over the years are now amplified with the use of Body Talk.
The body always wants to be well, however being well requires us to be in balance, which can be a real challenge in today’s world. Barbara offers you
“a new way of looking at what living means”, and invites you to participate in your own wellness.

Balance in March
March is one of those months when the wind can howl for days and then all of a sudden it becomes peaceful and calm. We notice the days becoming longer….more daylight, which for most of us is something we truly look forward to.
March is the month of finding our balance. It is the time of Spring Equinox. March 20th, the day of balance.
As we see so much out of balance in the world around us, this is a very good time to take a few minutes each day and offer a pray or send Reiki energy to Mother Earth, or to a particular part of the world where there is distress….offering balance and harmony in a gentle, loving and easy way.
Know that you are loved and blessed for all you do for yourself, for others and for Mother Earth.
